But whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” – John 4:14
One touch of nature makes the whole world kin. William Shakespeare
Water represents rebirth – Water is a blessing
Water is essential to our physical living just as Jesus is essential to our spiritual living! We give gratitude for the beauty of creation as men are the custodians over them. We observe quiet time to give thanks and be at peace with our health and well being. Water has been used to represent the sacred value of life, the spiritual dimension of purification, protection, and healing. Water has also been known to have a profound meaning of suffering and redemption in human life.

Hope is knowing that another day will bring light after darkness.

We contemplate on the sun, stars, day and night which provide light and darkness for our day. Light is essential to our health and wellbeing; it regulates our sleep-wake cycle. It can also help with our daily routines. Darkness is vital to humans, animals and plants. It maintains the natural circadian rhythm, so you know when it is night and when it is day.

Pain can interfere with a person's qualitybof life and general functioning. Pain is a horrible and debilitating feeling often caused by intense or damaging stimuli. Today, we are thankful to be free from pain in order for us to help those who cannot help themselves due to their suffering. We remember when we were in personal pain and can empathize with our clients, families, communities and nations who are in physical, emotional, social and psychological pain. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. Sometimes an unexpected pain or illness may frighten you, don’t focus on the negative- concentrate on the positive.
